Author Guidelines

Due to the high volume of submissions, we adhere to specific regulations regarding the length, level, and format of submissions. To avoid delays and potential rejections, authors are encouraged to follow our submission format.

Article Types
  • Research Article: 5500–6000 words (excluding intro, methods, results, and discussion)
  • Review Articles: 4000–4500 words; abstract ≤ 250 words; max 100 references
  • Case Reports: 2000–2500 words
  • Editorials: 1000–1500 words
  • Letter to the Editor: max 500 words
  • Clinical Image: 300–500 words

Present results with supporting figures/tables and interpret findings.

Proofs

Proofs will be sent to the corresponding author with a 24-hour window for corrections.

Withdrawal Policy

1. Timeline and Charges
  • Within 7 Days: Free
  • After 7 Days or During Review: 50% of APC
  • After Publication: No withdrawal, no refund
2. Ethical Guidelines
  • Ensure authorship and manuscript approval prior to submission
  • No simultaneous submissions
  • Do not withdraw for other journal acceptance
3. Unethical Withdrawal
  • Late withdrawals without valid reason are unethical
  • Non-responsiveness may be reported
4. Procedure
  • Submit signed withdrawal form with reason
  • Approval needed from Editorial Office
  • No fee if over 3 months under review
